Facilities & Rentals

  1. Contact a manager to reserve your event date.

  2. Reserve your event with management by completing an Event Registration Agreement at least one week in advance of the event date.

  3. An event consists of more than 10 attendees.

  4. You can choose from 3 areas of the Club on first come first serve basis:

    1. Pavilion

    2. Tent

  5. Picnic Area (includes use of one gas grill)

  6. Events may not exceed more than three (3) hours.

  7. You can choose from two event times:

    1. 12:30pm to 3;30pm

    2. 4:00pm to 7:00pm

  8. The club gas grills (except as noted above), clubhouse and kitchen may not be used for the event.

  9. A dedicated Club employee may be requested to support the event at a rate of $15.00 per hour.

  10. Request must be made at the time of registration.

  11. Payment must be included with final guest payment.

  12. Upon arriving at the Club all members and guests attending the event must check in at the gate stand.
