Director of Pool Operations
The Director of Pool Operations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the physical plant and property of the Club. The Director is responsible for recommending the hiring of all staff including the Pool Operations Manager and Assistant Manager(s), Lifeguards and coaching staff as well as recommending salaries for the staff. The Director functions as the liaison between the Pool Operations Manager and the Board. The Director evaluates, recommends and oversees all repairs, renovations and improvements as necessary for the operations of the Club and the welfare of its members. The Director prepares a forecast of all operational and capital expenditures. The Director attends all Board meetings.
Director of Sports
The Director of Sports is responsible for coordinating all sports activities of the Club. The Director organizes and directs the activities of the tennis program, including leagues, clinics and youth development program. The Director attends all Board meetings.
Booster Club Director
The Booster Club Director is responsible for encouraging and ensuring active parent and children participation in the swim and dive team programs. The Director organizes and coordinates the various activities associated with registration, spring warm-ups, swim and dive meets, the end of season banquets, and any other activities of the swim team program. The Director attends all Board meetings.
The Social Director with assistance of the Social Committee is responsible for developing, planning, and publicizing sponsored activities and events of the Club for all ages. The Director is responsible for promoting the building of long-lasting relationships and memories for Club membership. The Director attends all Board meetings.
The At-Large Representatives are responsible for disseminating information to the membership and communicating the concerns of the membership to the board. The Representatives assist with membership, social, and sports activities of the Club.
